yea the focus is one of the best cars for gas milage, im honestly impressed with them there.

30 mpg thats not that great. helful for sure but not great. according to my guages around town in my 87 GTI i am getting around 38- 39 MPG now take in mind that i just got the thing at the begining of winter and right before i got it he had the whole fuel system tuned. freeway i can get upto 45 MPG (Keep in mind this is with very careful driving)

how??? and that is city driving, I don't drive on the highway much

but a civic hybird gets like 45mpg...I don't see how a car made in 1987 can get the same gas mileage as a current hybird

You're right, but I got the euro's:dollars swiched around, so 1 euro actually = $1.18, which means we're paying around $3.80 for a US gallon.



Also this is the first place I have heard Ford's being called economical

get a damn moped! my bros gets 128 miles to the gallon. goes 35+mph as well.
