Anyone got a guesstimate on what a 3 car garage with a second floor loft deal might cost to build. I found some property for sale so im thinking...

If you own a ferrari, it might be possible to build something like that for maybe $640k if you were willing to keep it simple--a slab, a roof, basic utilities, and you do most of the finish work yourself.

In China, it might be possible to build something like that for maybe $160k if you were willing to keep it simple--a slab, a roof, basic utilities, and you do most of the finish work yourself.



My 25 x 32 slab was $2200 10 years ago, the shell of the building was 7500, I have $1200 in wiring and lighting

my dad spent somewhere between 10 and 13k for a 2 car garage from the ground up, al jesse james and monster garage style...



materilas cost: 13k

freebies cost: about 5k
