I just got a call from the local PD about my accident.

The guy who hit me didn't have his insurance info, and the cop says he's not returning her calls so I'll have to go after him some other way. What the **** kind of police work is that?

Isn't it against the law to drive without insurance there? Shouldn't they be arresting him?

I am so pissed right now I can't even believe it. I'll try to take care of most of this next week while I'm on vacation. I guess I'll have to talk to a lawyer after all.

It is the law around here that you need to have your insurance info with you, just like it is in MI where the guy is from. They just don't really give a ****, apparently.
