Took the car to get inspected this afternoon, It took them 4 times

to get it right because the exaust kept melting the machine's sniffer

hose in the exaust pipe, lol. It kept saying diluted sample or some ****

when the hose would let go.



Guy was laughing and cursing "these ******* rotories give off some heat!"



I felt bad and helped them duct tape the hose so I could get out of there,

but it kept melting the tape even though it was like a foot away from the

muffler.



Car passed with flying colors though!

yeah one time at the dealership one of the techs put the rubber hose on an fd to duct the smoke outside, it took about 30seconds for the rubber to start melting/smoking/smoldering

I did that! Had about 10 feet of smoking hose off the back of the car. Unfortunately I did not pass.

 

i know a friend who's dad that runs the air pollution program in albuquerque and i didnt even have to take the test i just got the paperwork, lol

I was so proud, I was standing back looking at the car

with a look like a father would get thinking:

"thats my boy!"

 

Heheh. Somehow I managed to pass with my midpipe on Go figure
