i just wrote this in response to treceb in 3rd gen ... but its a funny story, so here it is:

went lookng for plugs today, new Strauss Auto opened a few blocks away, so i thought "why not, ill check" i knew they wouldnt have it but it was worth a shot

so i go there, and theres a row of six 92 civic / integras there...it was funny i really wanted my camera....cause it was a line up of cars, but they were all that ugly ****...anyways who cares about that

i go inside to look for plugs, the guy asks "ngk? we have bosch, you want platinums?" "no, i need ngk burqe9" ....then he continues to argue how i dont need that, and how any engine can use the same type of plug. and how i dont know what im talking about.

then i talk to the manager and he can order the plugs from the warehouse itll take an hour, i ask how much... 69.55 for all 4 .. awesome... but i declined

then i asked the guy from before if they carry the right valve springs for the car..he looked, but got stumped when they didnt have it....told me to check the dealership cause "i cant find them"

...then i went down the road to a real autoparts store and got my plugs

A kool one that I've been told time after time is: " The Rx7 engine broke the timing chain and it has no compression. Could you fix it?" I asked. Who told you that lady????? She responded the last auto repair shop I took the car to.
