um, one of the conditions of probation is that yourself, your car

and your house can be searched, you give up that right.

They can only be searched by an officer of probation, I signed the paper, in fact I have a copy of it.

If they were to search my house, vehicle, person, or workplace a person from the probation office must be present and must make it known to be a probationary search in which all rights have been removed from my person.

This was not done. I was ripped from my car without the cops notifying me of why i was pulled over or who they were. I was never read my rights, never alerted to the fact that they were even real cops.

They violated 90% of their rulebook all because they couldnt stand the fact i got away with it for 5 1/2 years, they took a chance and my lawyer jumped on them.

this is what amuses me, you did indeed break the law and you

continue to break the law, then when you get caught you look

for loopholes and try to make like your the victim.

and you wonder why the cops "have it out for you"

you didnt learn your lesson once, you deserve to be put in jail.

I dont break the law anymore, other then stupid little traffic things.

I don't make it look like I'm a victim, ill admit i did wrong, the justice system itself makes such evidence and such means of obtaining evidence illegal, neither my lawyer nor I make such thigns illegal, so it's not my fault they don't follow their own rules.

If me not following the rules is bad, then them not following the rules is worse as theyre there to enforce them.

as for not elarning my lesson, do you know me? do you know what ive removed from my life, the hardships ive gone through, the people ive lost? No, then don't judge me as you have NO right to do so.

You continue to bait me because you want me banned or do not like my personality i will graciously ignore you, it does me no good to sit here and listen to you attempt to form an argument with me, you know what pisses me off and so you continually go back to it.

You're immorality, immaturiy, and vulgarity have been noted, and the ignore button pressing is currently being judged in comparison to previous experiences and interactions with you. You will be alerted of your status.
