its amazing how companies change real quick when you send them a law suit or they think they are going to be sued...my old insurance company didn't want to talk to me or my lawyer...until they had a suit on there desks...now they want to talk...slam them phins

um, are they on crack? how can they charge you if they lost the patient? thats like ups charging you for a package they didnt deliver?
I told him I felt like all the calls I have recieved from them have just been lip service and that I feel like they've been patting me on the back and picking my pockets at the same time.

Wow. Sounds convoluted. Sorry, but i'm not familiar with your story. If you feel like explaining, I always love a good read. Or, if there's a link, please point me to it. Sorry to hear about your troubles. Hope it all get's worked out.

It's funny how much money businesses could save with sincere apologies, promptly after an incident (not saying you would've accepted that, but many people would). And maybe a $100 gift certificate or something.
