shouldnt the mortgage allow ya to spread those payments...

not to mention.. the escrow should be several months ahead...

there needs to be an offset when property gets assessed at an unpredictable value..

check with your bank phins...

answer to prob: sell cars, buy used realiable cars (hate to say it, but civics or something)... that will cut both debt and insurance payments.

if money is headache, then do what you have to do.

don't blow your savings next time, leave the hookers alone. start an emergency savings account, and don't use it unless you have an emergency.

if you have a lot of debt, try consolidating with a home equity loan, or some other sort of low interest loan, and don't buy anything but the neccessities till you are comfortable again.

live for today, plan for tommorrow

HA HA, yea I've been through a few emergency's lately......

I can spread it out, however it adds soooo much to my mortgage that I would rather bite the bullet and pay it now. Its just bad timing with buying the new vert. Another month and things would be fine.

LOL!!!

Click on "Click Here" then you'll get the picture of what an emergency is.

After so much bullshit you finally say screw it and go on with you're life although you're not really back on you're feet. Unfortunatly Phins forgot to factor in the ineptitude of the mortgage company.
