When I worked for the government in Jamaica I was stationed at the forensics lab for about 3 months. I was helpding with secret crimes that happened within the government. There was an issue of something similar and it can be solved.



Each person DNA may be unique in that even if you have a twin there is a specific strand of DND that will differnciate you from him, thus it will allow them to tell whether it's your son or not.
