Call an attorney pay 50 bucks and get some advice. I do believe there are limitations and rules to power of attorney, you can prove he acted against your will and that is not what power of attorney is for it is to give athority to carry out your wishes. I think there can be legal ramifications, if you follow through, although I'm not positive.
Good luck --
Find someone to take the bitch hiking and she can mistiriously fall off the cliff -- Ahh or I'll take her and give her a helpfull shove-- ehh so be it if your brother goes too.... a little car accident....
So many possiblilities... I think it's time for creativity!!!

What worrys me the most is the fact that she just found out that she was pregnant right before i came over here....but i had to come over here for a short rotation so that i could afford to support a family. So now how do i know if the kid is even mine? I can't even do a blood test to find out if it is mine because it'll match my brother also. My dad also says that my dog is staying at my brothers house now too.... i honestly can't beleive he took my dog too.

DNA testing for paternity will determine who really is the father. DNA is like a fingerprint, although you and your brother will share some properites (for lack of better word) your DNA is different from his(provided you arn't identicla twins) so when the examine a childs they can determine accuratly who is the father. I did a search for more info
One of the greatest benefits DNA has brought to parentage testing is the ability to solve many more types of cases. In the usual case, tests include all three parties, i.e., the mother, child and alleged father. With DNA, it is not necessary to have the mother's sample in order to provide a conclusive test result. It is possible to distinguish between two brothers provided they are not identical twins. In many cases, it is possible to perform the DNA tests when the alleged father is deceased or otherwise unavailable. It also is possible, using DNA, to perform testing before or at the time of birth. Tests also can be performed on some very unusual samples such as envelope flaps, cigarette butts, and very old blood stains.
