what has the Home Inspector *** had to say about all these problems he didnt see?

first thing you do is sign a waver that they arent responsible, the whole house inspector thing is BULLSHIT, all they do is go around and nit pick the house, I will never pay for one of those again, if I took 3 hours to go around to every room in the house I could have easily gave the report he did.

Only good thing he did that I didnt think of was use a moisture meter to check the walls in the kitchen and bathroom for water intrusion.

I have one of those meters at work, just didnt think to use it for that purpose.

Im guessing Phins house inspector didnt use one on the bathroom walls though

The inspector Phins got was the boyfriend of the bitch mortgage broker he got into the huge fight with. I keep telling him to contact the inspector or at the very least report him.

Well half the kitchen cabinets are in, picked them up. My dad tore the shower out, killing off the remaining mold spores and painting the killz, then the wonderboard, then the new tile.

Fun ****.

Damn.

Well on the bright side you'll have pretty much a new house when you're done. If you're lucky you can even get things set up the way you want them.
