phins, didn't you have a round of trouble last year with them? I believe it was you anyway...anyway when you put it on the market try using these people http://www.assist2sell.com/default2.htm they charge a flat fee to sell your place insted of a % of the sale I think its like 3k

 

I'll check them out, I was thinkingof using www.flatlistingfee.com and yea it was me, but at this point we are planning on moving in Aug/Sept if we sell it sooner then later we'll move to an apartment and save some money for moving expenses.

I thought about it, but the problem is I really don't want to deal with it, personally don't think I should have to run for the board as self defense.

take an empty mayo jar, insert a raw chicken leg and then fill it with whole milk. Tightly cap the jar and place is somewhere warm and out of the way, inside a heat vent or behind a radiator. In a couple weeks the top will either pop off or the jar will break, I am told the smell from such a thing is so powerful that no one will be able to live there for years.
