and yea I will never live in a condo again, I had lived in apartments all my life and just assumed it was no worse then that, well it is, these people are on some high horse cause they think they have some great investment and they are going to make thousands in 10 years when they go to sell. Amy and I bought it because we wanted ren control, rent was going up around here and we figured this was the best bet to avoid paying more rent. We had no intention of making a profit when we go to sell.

The way ours is set up is really odd. The poor people LOL paid $160K for their little condo, there are 2 of them in each unit and they are over the garage LOL she bitches if you open the garage after 8pm, which she has given up bitching about. Behind her is the upstairs neighbor, then I am under him. I share a wall with only one unit, that's to the right side and the floor above is the upstairs neighbor.
It's funky. She is no where near me, but she claims I am constanly disturbing her LOL
