Ugh..I'm just starting the house buying process....hope this isn't what I have to look forward to.. I hate financial stuff. It pisses me off that I have to APPLY to give the bank thousands of dollars in interest over the next 30 years! I mean, what's the worst that can happen to a bank in a mortgage contract...they get a house and have to sell it for what it's worth if you default on the loan...plus they keep what you have already paid in. I don't see why it's such a big deal to get a home loan since they almost always APPRECIATE instead of DEPRECIATE. I've never felt so like I'm getting raped in my life....
Good luck gettin your loot back from those ******* bro!

by the time you default and by the time they forclose they
lose alot of money. People who own more then 20% or so of
thier house usually dont default unless they stay un employed
or spend thier money on drugs or booze.
You see how fast a bank gives you a loan when you give them 20% down
plus closing costs, its a no income no credit check deal.
sucks for you phins, I always try to have 3 mortgage payments in the bank
at the least to cover mishaps

my parents has massive problems with chase also, as in getting evicted out of a house that you have been living in for 20 years. they did the same shitt. The mortgage was sold to them and they said that my parents had missed 1 year worth of payments.
