Threw my back out today, Guess I need to get my FAT *** on a diet and start working out

 

gotta love that chiropractor....i used to think that they were BS. but i was having some severe issues about 2 years ago and began going.....i found that i have scoliosis....and that it has caused some accute arthritis in my thoracic vertebrae......well, now i only go once a month, and i could never have felt better.....i also do not have any sinus issues anymore, as it appears that they were due to pinched nerves and such....

I have 2 ruptured disks in my back for the last 10 years or so, every

now and then they act up, I feel your pain, good luck and try to at

least do some stretching excercise.

 

that sucks....
