It ain't so bad. Last August I sold my house, and at the end of this month, my wife and I are closing the sale of hers and buying "ours". I can't wait to stretch out in my new 3.5-car garage. And of course there's a two car attached to the house...



I'm not bragging, just REALLY looking forward to it...

All the peoplewho I need there will be there the same afternoon next week, finally things are moving along quciker!



Wont close till June when her kids finish school, so maybe a July 4th party.

No paint booths,no 4 car garage, real estate here on Long Island isnt what it is in Virginia, lol.



Im lucky to have found a house where the property taxes are "only" $4100 a year. My taxes, homeowners and flood insurance will cost me more then $400 a month alone but that wont stop me from expanding the garage, lol.
