After 6 months of pure hell, the house I FIRST looked at is the one I am going with. There was another bid on it, the people were having problems getting thier approval, so I out bid them, being as they couldnt get the approval for the lower amount, they definitly couldnt get more to match my bid. Before you all think I am the scum, I originally put my bid in September but due to a bit too much cash income I myself had a hard time getting my approval. I had to go with a larger downpayment so I could get my bid on this house and not lose it again. I cancelled my trip to Hawaii, and been watching my spending and just when I thought it wasnt worth it anymore, I got to bid on the house again, and now it will be mine!

Now to get the engineer, termite inspector, and appraiser there next week and I am good to go.

I cannot wait to finally have my own garage again!

Congrats, all the headaches will be worth it when you get all settled in. My refinance is all done, went much easier then the original loan, great part is anytime the interest rate drops a 0.5% below what I have now, they will give me a call, send me something to sign and lower the rate!
