your computer & connection should have absolutely no bearing on the script execution time displayed at the bottom of the page...



only possibility I can imagine are conditional features based on what browser you are using, which could possibly effect the execution time. Other than that though, it should be entirely server-side.

it should be much faster with mysql 4, it looks like the server shitting was just one of those things, pengaru and I looking through things now, he's doing some "tweaking" too
