so i went to go get my air filter for the T78 on the way back on the highway i am behind a pickup loaded with all sorts of crap on it. i think hmmmm something is gonna fly off i better stay back. so i stay back about 5 car lengths and what do you know i see a white house door fly off the truck into the and smash into the ground. i of course swerved around



i yelled at the morons that a door just flewoff their pickup then a mile down the road they stop. i swear this is why i don't drive my FD around. too many idiots on the road

i was on the rural part of the highway and its rainy as hell.... that would have been worse !



the ****** was in the left lane too! i would of had to pass him on the right!

yeah i put the air filter on when i got to work. thankfully my turbo is not big enough to suck in a door

dude, i had than happen to me in like 94. i was passing this truck carrying a portable office building, and they forgot to close the window. i have pics somewhere, it hit my gsl-se right where the windsheild meets the body. they paid me 4200 (the cost of repairs) for a car i bought for 1200.

That happened to me but I wasn't so lucky. I think I was 8 and we were behind an 18-wheeler in my step-dads truck. A 2x4 flew off the top and went through our windshield. I was pulling glass out of my leg for an hour! The guy of course denied the whole thing but the owner of the business gave us a couple of bills to tow our car....

you must have had a cool step dad to let him drive his truck when you were only 8 years old!
