to start with, open the hatch above the arrow and then click on the arrow...

 

I got that, my dude keeps getting blown up

 

i've killed 3 lil guys so far and still have no clue what the objective of this is.......... and my man was just killed by a monkey or dog.

 

you gotta get the guys to go through those doorways.

Well, if you open the window on the left building and flip the red arrow around, then shoot the wooden post and then shoot the bell, the door on the building to the left will open. If you click on it a little dude comes out and starts heading for the top door. He keeps getting blown up by the land mine, though.



If you shoot the last shot (blue) straight, it will bounce of the building a land were the dude with the light is. He will then open the gray wall to the right of him. However, when you click on him to move, some crazy thing drops from the box on the right with the exclamation mark on it and kills the guy.



I think the point of the game is to some how light the ring above where the guys come out of the hatch.
