this teaches you a valuable thing about FSM's.
no matter what an FSM can tell you, you can learn more by doin individual tests on a system. which you should always do before swapping anything. kevin. |

im wrong, my rebuilders exact words "those things are like $75 aftermarket, I dont bother with the GM ones" he does rebuild other makes though because they can run alot more money thats cause every thing GM makes breaks "commonly". Seriously anything you ever break is "common"...basically the cars being broke is "common" Thats why aftermarket versions are plentiful and cheap. Hell i got $10 brake pads for my 91 chevy suburban https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png and they work like a charm, and theyre semi-metallic. Parts are so cheap for GM. kevin. |
you should know shops get brake pads on special for like $7 a set

you should know shops get brake pads on special for like $7 a set that was my price, 50% off list. so $20 regular. Co-Worker had an older passat, brake rotors were $7, pads were $5. But spark wires were $300. kevin. |
old beater cars can be so much fun and cheap to fix, $7 brake pads, I love it!
