finally i got my car back. it's been the longest four months of my life. but you know what... i still can't drive my car. i'm still waiting for my 99 combo lights from slava. i know were not suppose to post stuff here for slava cause he won't get it. but it's been four months. he'd told me that he had everything in stock when i'd first order it. now i tried to call him and he's mailbox has been full for most of the week. he was suppose to call me back last week twice. and didn't. i know he's our sponsor and all. but this is bad business. I JUST WANT TO DRIVE MY CAR. i'm still making payments on it plus my ins and it's about $650 a month. that's alot of money to put down every month for a car i can't even drive. i just spent about $5-$6k on the car. got a hood, kit, spoiler, and new paint job. i'd even had to pay extra to the bodyshop cause the car was sitting there for sooo long waiting for the parts. i don't know what to do. i've called, wrote him a e-mail. now i'm trying this. sorry for all the negative statements. i'm just very dissapointed in this situation.





Now for some better news... i'll post some pics tonight.... though your gonna have to use your imagination and pretend the 99 combo lights are on. sorry it had to come to this slava, but i'm just outraged from the lack of service. really, i'm not even sure if your still in business. since your mailbox is full for a week. it just means that everyone else is looking for you. and chances are, they want there parts too. like i said in the e-mail. i'm willing to give you one more chance. i do need to order other parts. but i'll not gonna order anything till i get my lights, or just phone call. really, that's all i need.....

you have never ordered a part from mazda have you? i waited 3months for a side housing for my engine and that's a US part. email him @ info@rotormotorsports.com i think that's his email. it sux to wait. trust me i know the pain. my FD was in the shop an ENTIRE year. it sucks but some stuff is out of people's control

 

i'm just dissapointed that he'd told me he had it. then he told me he'd send it.... give me a tracking number that don't work.... said he'd call back. now i can't even get a hold of him.... plus i've tried to e-mail him too.

 

i dunno. i had trouble getting in contact with him too. those 99 lights are impossible to get for some reason!

 

i know..... i just wished he'd call back when he said he would... i'd use to have a performance shop of my own. xtreme motorsports in san bruno cali.... had it for three years.. the only reason i had to close it, they rised the rent 150%... wasn't worth it anymore...

 

so i know how to run a business. it's not that hard. if you say your gonna do something.... then do it. if you can't... call and tell them that.

 

yeah i know. i work in the service business contacting the customer's is everything. i have a hard time getting slava on the phone too.

Just curious, how much are those lights from Slava? I know where to get them for $449 new, shipped right from Japan, says they are in stock too.
