Filter Keys?

what the **** is up with my computer? some **** about filter keys? how do i get rid of it? i"m typing this with caps lock on and its lowercase> and that stupid thing pops up when i hit the period key>>> ******* stupid *** windows xp> what can i do to kill this?

To work around this problem, disable the Shortcut option for Filter keys:
In Control Panel, double-click Accessibility Options.
Under FilterKeys, click Settings.
Under Keyboard shortcut, click to clear the Use shortcut check box.
