nah too much fiber would make u crap alot which i doubt u did... at one point i was addicted to this all natural cereal called 100%....apparently at the time i didnt know it was basically fiber in a box.. after a constant serving for like 2 days i had the runs for 3...never ate it again

dunno. i think it was just some nasty as diearoo, and while trying to push it out at first on a full stomach made my stomach get too tite and then throw up? and ive been having some pretty killer poo gas today. and theres still barf on my shoe.
