Fd Oil Pan Help.

I know i an suppose to post in the 3rd gen but I nned helpnow. I got everything off the oil pan and I cant get it out all the way its is stillstuck in the front frame suspension. I even lifted the engine. Got any tricks here. does ti cone out all the way??

u prolly have to have the engine out, ive never taken an oil pan off a car that had an engine frame....

Im pretty sure that you xcan drop the oil pan without taking the whole engine out.,



You might be getting snagged up on the strainer but I don't see how.

You do know that the motor mounts have to be off..

The motor mounts are off and the pan is away from the block.I am just gonna clean the old RTV off and seal it with some new. It won't comeout of the fram and free from the car so i will just deal with it the way it is. Thanks guys

try lifting the engine by Jacking on the bottom of the transmission
