i like fcs and all but theyre a dime a dozen. if i wanted to find another one and buy it i could do so by the end of the day today. if the guy had a lot of work into it that would be one thing, but im getting the feeling that this was just a daily beater s4, and everyone knows S4s arent worth a crap.
ps. rotawreh did you ever get that awesome gslse that you found for cheap?
no, actually, he just got it like a week ago. he was contemplating on what exhaust to get, cause the previous owner cut both mufflers off, and gutted the cats. he also sprayed the car too, which explains the low compression numbers. the thing was the epitomy of a piece of ****. holes in the hood from hoodpins, damage on every panel of the car.
and the gslse i have still not picked up yet. the guy is being a ******** about lowering the price, when kbb only says 1820, and i am offering him 2k cash. i am just waiting, it is not like he is in a rush to sell it.
and i really think the pulsation dampner was the culprit. the car is literally fucked. i took a closer look today at it, and the wiring harness, all the vacuum lines from both manifolds, the wires for the auto suspension are fried. i am actually heading to work in a bit, i will get some quick pictures.
