im assuming that was the first time it was fired up, and probably had rediculously cold plugs, hence he block needed to be hot before it fired.

I thought it was just running at low rpms until warm. So that was a starter running it the first half?

I dont think so, you can see the starter motor they use to spin the motor to the left...

Seems like it was running from the video start...you can see the brake rotors turning it is in gear. Hell, at about 0:17 in the vid you can see blue flames popping.....



The CRAZY thing is the guy right behind the car....with no hearing protection...you can even see his hair getting blown around...
