F**cking Tow Truck Driver

Got a tow truck driver to come and collect my car this morning and the son of a bitch, hooked it to the winch hook and started to lift the car. So far all ok. Without checking, if it was on properly the bastard hops into the truck and start's driving away. The bloody hook comes off and smash's my front bar in half and rips it off.
SON OF A BITCH
. I had a go at him and then he turns to me and say's.
Mate, she'll be right. (looks at the front of the car and say's) Mate, it's only a shitty **** **** mobile, Now you can get a real car.
I looked at him and thought one thing.
After leaving, the car still at my house, I spoke to the company that he represents and they said that, that was his last day. She said that there was nothing they could do.

Hmmm... something that works well in states is threatening to go to the news for consumer awareness. I've known many a friend to get ripped off by body shops and then when they say "there's nothing we can do about it" my friend's threaten to go to the news and say how bad their business is. They usually repent their ways and be good little body mechanics about the whole deal after that.

Matt, I went past your house and saw the front bar on your drive way. I thought maybe you had smashed the front. That's got to **** you off. And it took you 2 days trying to get the car clean for this weekend and that **** happens.

ummmm.......at this point somebody would FU#$ING die. you should burn down their store and be like "there's nothin i can do". but seriously they are liable for that damage, unless they had a disclaimer saying tow at own risk, or you signed something that releases them of responsobility.
