There was a two drink maximum on lunch but the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) never specified what a drink consisted of. So me and a roomie drank two pitchers between us one day for lunch... Three days later when we were standing in front of the Ol' Man (base captain) he did not like our interpretation of the UCMJ so he took half our pay check for 45 days... LOL
