It's supposed to be the replacement for Bittorrent. Basically, it'll be Suprnova's comeback in a different protocol which will work like Kazaa and Bittorrent combined with all the files being hosted on a network I think. Anyway, there's an interview with Sloncek (owner of Suprnova I think) which you can DL by going to Suprnova.org where he explains **** about Exeem.

Theres plenty of torrent sites out there still, just google suprnova and find the unofficial faq, it lists a lot fo them.
