i do ignore most of it, i rarely even go into the 2nd gen section, i just search for threads i have posted in before and leave it at that.



adam does need to do something about it but not as much as the Mods over there do. they need to put some kinda restrictions on that, if you are gonna allow idiots in your forum, you have to give them rules to follow.

Damage control??? Odd choice of words, but ok. What ever you want to call it, it has been taken care of. Ive been getting nearly all of my stuff out within the specified timeframe, and if there was a delay, the buyer was aware, and it was all good. I took what you said a while ago to heart, and went out of my way to make my turnaround time much better.



Every single complaint there is old. Period.

Glad to hear it. Its hard as hell trying to work, fix your car, care for the family and pull parts, box them up and ship them. All the while maintaing your sanity! Not to mention develope NEW and exciting products. I have found the best offense to a unhappy customer is to beat them to the punch, refund their money, or send another part. Almost always works.

The only things I prefer on that forum as opposed to here are the tech and gen specific sections. And that's only because of the large member base they have, makes for more reading.



Also it makes for more stupid asses, so its kind of a wash.



This forum is run much better. Its like a boxing match between Mike Tyson and Calista Flockhart. Nopistons.com is just that much better.
