Hannah - I'm truly sorry that your picture has become the focus of so much negative attention and controversy. I am glad that you feel respected here, even as this all unfolds. I am dissappointed that I forsee this as becoming an insurmountable deterrent for you to ever agree to pose, or allow posts of your pictures in the future. I feel that this is potentially a great loss for everyone.



I think that we could have a continuing problem if we cannot resolve this matter. How many other models will I be able to get after they are informed that other people can steal the pictures, repost them off site, and be harbored by site providers?

It really puts a damper on things. I will not, however, jump to the conclusion that Jason is unwilling to cooperate. I will exhaust all of our alternatives before I decide.



On a side note, tell me if I'm totally off-base here:

Somebody posts pictures from Maxim of Christina Aguilerra on the net, if Maxim asked them to be removed, do you think the site provider would remove them? Hmmmm... I think they would. Are we different?

 

I have added the watermark to each pick that was hosted on our server. This should fix the issue.

I really wish this hadn't became an issue, the pics were posted elsewhere and immediately removed upon request it's not asking anything major of the site owners. Had the pics just been posted for people to see it would be one thing, but we plan on generating revenue off of these pics so it is important they remain our property.

 

Another update, no response from Jason on my last PM, so I sent a confirm. I am using this thread also to document our correspondance, just in case I get banned over there... (now why would I be worried about that??)

 

There's nothing you can do to stop people from taking the pictures... except follow up after the fact. I'm sure by now though those pictures are on Kazaa, so they're out ther somewhere forever.

i guess that i really think that this has become a little blah. sinful, great job on standing up for what you believe. i like that in a man ( ) just kiddin. 7sweetie really does have the ultimate opinion as far as this matter is concerned, so, until she renigs and wants it to be withdrawn, i think that everyone should just lie down, and back up to defcon 4.



however, through this, we can begin to see the somewhat definsive and loquacious attitude attitude of the competing forum arise. that is all they seem to want to do. talk about it, never be proactive or express a modicum of respect for anyone or their feelings. but then, do they owe it to us? no, not really.



i will reserve my real thoughts about this subject, and for the rx7store and their practices......i have too many dealings with them that go sour.....



i like this forum soo much better and still, on occasion, traffic the club, and for good reason.....but i will continue to support nopistons......
