I think anyone in a largly multicultural city is racist.
Forinstance, I really do hate 99.9% of blacks and mexicans that Ive encountered in my life time. Mexicans generally arent nearly as bad as blacks but they just get annoying because there are so many of them and they are usually really stupid.
But boy do I not like those black folk. And in England its VERY common to be openly racist towards blacks and turks. They DO ruin that country. They were brought over as slaves and workers and now they just cause problems.
Infact in a lot of places all around euroland stores wont let black people come in because they cause so many problems.

only thing ive really heard are the french having problems with the muslims, who happen to mostly be from africa, and thus black....
