I am sorry to hear that your site has gotten attacked. Version 2.0.3 had quite a few security fixes that came out with it. I would strongly suggest moving to 2.0.3. If you would like us to move your board for you, please do not hesitate to ask. Have a great day!
This is the email i got when 2.0.3 came out.
We're proud to announce the release of IPB 2.0.3 . This release fixes many bugs and introduces many SQL optimizations to help those who run large boards squeeze more performance out of your installation. A full list of bugs fixed follows at the end of this post along with all the modified template bits.
Does that look like a security fix or a bug fix? There's a huge difference.

I guess it changed, in the past, security patched would not change the version number. this would give people a fighting chance that handn't updated, they didn't have a version # that said "**** ME.0.1".
Shitty is pretty much all I have to say, they listed the bugs that were fixed in the email, none of them were big enough for me to worry, so I ignored them and kept things the way they were, because we have so many "hacks" installed here, it takes me quite a lot of time to get things updated. The garage, arcade, shoutbox, membermap, etc, etc... are all things that I have to manually update.
I'm pretty unhappy about this, I just feel lucky I found an old backup.
