ebuyer back out

so i sold the starlet on a ebay auction , the car meet the reserve and sold .

this person from ohio got it , we talk and agree thathe was gonna payme in full when he get to p ic the car up

the day came last friday he arived , drove all nigth to get here early in the morning

so ere we go he strats checking the car for rust , no rust in it m the seats are rip and one is broken wich he allready knows .

he askme to let him test drive it so he did , when he came back he said im not goona take it and walk away, i dint even have the chance to say anything



acording to ebay he agred to prchase the car and enter in a contract ,

car was being sold as is no waranty .

what do i do now?

report his *** to ebay or simply forget about it

That's odd. He won the auction, drove all the way from Ohio, and didn't even say what he didn't like? I would email him and find out why he didn't buy it? What was his feedback like?

Yeah, he needs to 'splain hisself. If he felt that your description wasn't accurate, he should have taken it up with you. You're out money unless you report him as a non-paying bidder. What's it cost to sell a car on ebay these days?

you will need to report it to get a credit back on the auction fees or offer him a small "cancellation fee" as a compromise to cover your costs, but if you do nothing then you will be charged
