hey i was bidding on an item...got outbid...no biggy...then the guy that out bid me retracted his bid... what am i going to do... i already bought the same item from a different guy.

oh yeah so now the auction is over and the dude wants me to pay.... i dont want to and i dont want a negative feedback/non paying bidder.. some *** turned me in for non paying bidder even though i payed him...paypal gave me my money back but ebay says that it still shows it

Contact the seller and explain what happened. Offer to pay his listing fees so he can relist at no charge. That has worked for me in the past.

you do not have to pay.....you only pay if you are the highest bidder...



he can ASK you if you want a second chance...but you are in no way obliged





edit: **** i reread it, um....still i dont think you are required to buy it...but yes explain to him

He is required to pay. The auction ended with him as the high bidder. If you give them the option, 99% of sellers will take getting their sellers fees paid over getting nothing. I'm sure you will be able to work something out.
