i would make a big race park and have a certin section for burnouts, a section for drifters to practice and ROAD RACING. but i would have to have a hospital. cause you know these people who have not owned sports cars long enough will mess themselfs up and i would give all rotary owners free adm. on sunday, monday and tues and 1/2 off the rest of the week. actually i would close the park to just rotarys only on sunday nights and everyone gets in free.

You're still bound by all state and federal laws, city ordinances can only go so far so you'd be contending with whomever the county sherrif is. Plus I'm sure you'd be expected to take care of a bunch of other details that go with having a town..
