Hope you guys enjoy it. This song came from their 1997 self-titled album. The band left Travis Meeks, the lead singer, after the first album and went on to be in that horrible band Tantric. Meeks went into rehab just as Metallica's new CD came out, so there's a link between him and Hetfield. He has written and produced the two follow-ups to their first CD and is currently working on a 4th. I don't believe the second or third CDs have been very successful, but I wanted to show you guys that I have diverse taste.
This band is entirely acoustic and this track is probably my favorite on the CD. I'm sure you all will remember 1997's "Touch, Peel and Stand," the major hit on the album. Critics compare his voice to Layne Staley's, but I like Meeks's a lot better.
Enjoy.
