I highly doubt that. I decided to type once when I was drunk (usually posting on the internet is the last thing on my mind) and I could type just fine. People are just afraid that if they type normally you won't realize how drunk they are, so they mash the keyboard with their fists. Maybe I just haven't been drunk enough.
