I'd llike to hook up another 2 monitors to my laptop. Kinda like in Swordfish, but without the hacking ****. You know, BANZI said he had duals, so whut up dude. How's it work and how can I get a desktop pis to be split between 2 or three monitors. Thanks for all the info anyone can provide. Pix would be great too.

It's video card based so I doubt it will be a feasible thing.

Itr doesn't matter to me weather or not I can hook it up to the laptop really. I already hooked up my old monitor to the laptop and it worked (sort of). It displayed my desktop pis on it but nothing else. I just wanna know how it works and what I can do with it. I know amp has duals I saw the pic, that's why I'm interested.

Plus, I'm gonna build a desktop system in a little while. Why, well ever since I saw Russ (rxheaven13b) build a MEGAPUTER from about $600, I wanted to build my own. Just for web surfing and gaming. :bigok:

Thats my triple head setup, it's on a 166mmx old school pc w/3 matrox millenium pci video cards, running Debian GNU/Linux. I only use the 3rd 14" screen for a console and weird pc resolutions, the other two are fixed sync retired X terminal monitors (HP A1097C) so they don't work in VGA modes... just nice in XFree86. I've run multihead for a few years now, can't live without it.

dell latitude in view too, BitchX for IRC, mmm, IRC :yum: 802.11b provides IRC capabilities in the ******* !

I havent bought new PC hardware in a very very long time, which is kindof funny considering I spend most of my time in front of em.

If you pick up a Matrox Parhelia it has triple monitor support. I dont think they make a laptop version though.
