Thumbs down

Ok ppl, went to dslreports.com and got my UL/DL speeds and they were 457/309 respectively, the problem is, i cannot play multiplayer games for ****, cuz my ping is higher than 56.6 ppl (I am DEAD serious), is there ANYTHING you ppl know or a place i can go to try and remedy this problem? My ping isn't always high it rises and falls (i.e. sometimes it'll be 87, then bam 350+, and on fast servers too....) any ideas at all? It's driving me nuts, I can't even play CS effectively, and that's after i tweaked cfg.....

thanx

How bad is your latency and how did you find out about it?

Exclamation

I can't :P It's cheap here....In 3 weeks i move into a BEAUTIFUL 3 bedroom house, full hardwood floors, garage, and WAY bigger than my apt....for...::drumroll please:: 300$

i pay 285 for my 1 bedroom apt now :P Tho if the rent raises for the house like i think it might, i am definitely moving and where I move if i don't get the house, i can get RoadRunner, and from what i hear, it's niccceeeee...plus anything's better than the JetStream **** I'm using now...

Oh and one more thing, let me know what kind of Connection Protocol you're using?
