Tips to prevent the severity of hang overs:

Drink plenty of water either between drinks (yeah right) or before you go nitey nites.

Take B complex vitamins before you drink. Sometimes after you take them you pee orange!

The reason for this is that hangovers are merely the efffect of dehydration and vitamin defficency that alcohol does to your poor body. So just compensate for it. Seems to help me out.
