Just have to find a block of wood thick enough to be the same width as a rotor/housing, and I'm guessing it wouldn't be difficult. Now getting him to let me do this (it's not his machine) is another story.

i could draw one up in inventor and print it on the 3d printer, and yes microstation is way more poerfull than acad and they use it to design and test all of our freeways and highways in oregon, my dad works for ODOT if u have in questiosn about it.

I've used microstation before too for civil design. The core of eng. guys used it and it was always a pain in the *** to swap info when I did projects for them.
