Hell Yeah!

 

That was running a 1.3 a/r q trim ex housing.. way too big for the stock port.. Ie. full boost at 5500 rpm and a wall at 7000 rpm from the 20B's restrictive ports. You can see every time I shifted It fell out of the power band a little. Also with the vvc it was only boosting .6 in first, .8 in second and 1.0 in 3rd on up... I was running about the same times as some of the To4s 13B ported cars I've built with 450-500 hp.



Next race is next sunday and I've put on a a/r .96 housing and now I get boost around 1200 rpm sooner than before, so we'll see what she can do with a better power band. I'm also going to turn up the boost to around 1.2kgcm. I want to see how fast I can make it with the stock port before I put in the real engine and take out the toy one with the cute little ports..
