The server wasn't actually down, we had some network outages which took me about 2 hours to find out was what the source of the problem was.... not too bad all things considered.

Yea I was not a very happy camper, things went down this morning, I could not access the server and of course the phones at the facility where our server is located were PACKED!!!!
Finally got through, gave them a piece of my mind, but it came back online as I was on the phone bitching, sorry for the inconvenience, but nothing I could do about this one. |
Then of course they tried to play it off as "Network Upgrades To Better Server Us"

Yea I think it is the "automated response" customer gets less pissed if they thinking they are going to get improved service.
I was very polite to them on the phone until the chic started acting like I was being a jerk for bitching, then I went off. |
I should have paused our advertising, I ended up paying $3.00 for people clicking on a link to no where.
