His accident was not affected by the fact that it was a sports car or the snow. It was 40 degrees out on friday, and he blew a stop sign and t-boned someone. Sports car actually would've/should've stopped faster than your everyday driver

And the car was decent...we had just put in that reman and the bay/interior/exterior was very clean!

Well you are right I didn't tell about the fact that it was my fault Sorry. But its always someone's fault. I wasn't making it a point to identify whose fault the accident was. I Was and still am upset about the whole thing. I'm moving on, with my life though. Which is what I would want anyone to do. I don't know if I'll be sued or not. We'll see what happens. I did have a couple of phone conversations with the insurance company for an accident report and a injury report. That same day. THis will not be my last car. But it will the last one for quit some time . Probably 3 years or so till I'll get another car.

Blowing a stop sign is not : "an unfortunate event"

Quit coddling the DUMB ***, by minimizing the FACT that he caused unnecasary damge and trauma to an innocent person.

for the most part I was the only one who really had it bad. For the two other trucks, the truck from 1985 will be totalled due to age. The other will be fixed. I talked to the person at the shop.

The fact that everyone was out of the vehicles faster than you say your own name says alot. The three of us were talking with each other. But it doesn't mean that things will be fine. Someone might try to bring up a suit. I totalled the car today. What really sucked was the fact that I was told directly not to do anything with the vehicle till the insurance man comes to take pictures. Then today I was told they won't be taking pictures. And I was resonsable for the 5 days of the car sitting in the shop. $550.00, to take car of that.

That out to be the end of things for awhile.

I was told tonight to get the vehicle back . I got two guys tomarrow that will go with me with a dolly to get the car back. All it takes is a phone call. If I can get it back will you buy it? I'll show the pics.
