Well, the lights were going great. Took me only about 15 minutes to take apart each assembly with my snazzy new heat gun... ******* heat gun... Anyways, I get everything completely taken apart. Getting the exterior lens off of the assembly was a pain in the *** though. I searched ALL NIGHT for someone who carries the X-acto compass and swivel knife and and nobody had it so I had to stop after taking them apart since I couldn't cut perfect circles with a shaky hand. So as I reach down for some screws to put away, my hand grazes the 1,100 degree heat gun and hits the metal tip... THAT **** MELTED THE SKIN ON THE BACK OF MY HAND! CHRIST THAT **** HURT! ******* HEAT GUN!
Anyways, I continue cursing up a storm in the garage out of frustration... The lights are looking good so far. My hand isn't however...
So far, I'd rate it a 5 out of 10. Not something a completely retarded person would want to try, but easy enough for the average person to accomplish.
