I had to take my dog to the vet this morning as he got a skin irritation yesterday. They can really scratch the **** outta themselves.



So he's necks all funky. He's on anti-biotics and I have to stop him from scratching himself.

He just turned 2. Bday is Xmas eve.

 

oh my god! thats horrible looking.....hope everything works out. and are you gonna get one of those thingeys for him? the big cones around the neck.

 

damn thats sad to see such young animals going thru that.. my uncle had a gorgeous retriever that lost all her hair.. I feel so bad for that dog in the winter... Can't you put those big "choker" things around them to keep from stratching while it heals? my JRT had one when she got spayed.. I'm pissed about that.. she woulda been a gorgeous breeder
