Besides, if she's hot, just keep using her for the sex, eventually she'll get bored and 'break up' with you - probably inside of three weeks. Yea... Reputation definitely matters to women. You **** up with one and others are going to hear about it.
Unless they're going around saying "Damn he's such an *** hole! I can't stand him! Although he was good in bed..." That's an examplel of quasi good reputation. At least the drunk girls know who to look for at the party.

Don't play any games. Don't lie. Why the hell for? It just makes you JUST as bad as all the chics with THEIR stupid games...But then again, I am ANTI-DRAMA!!!
Best scenario is definately upfront and honest. TELL her you just want to have sex...She just might agree and you'll find yourself with a NO DRAMA bed buddy. But if she's NOT cool with that, and you respect her wishes...Sinful7 is right...She will most likely tell her girls and you could end up with one of THEM as your bed buddy.
The drawback to being honest from the get-go is you may or may not get laid after that. BUT the good news is, you don't have to deal with any bullshit later (i.e. "I was drunk and he took advantage of me" lawsuits...an itchy STD on your ***** from some bitch you can't stand...BABIES from people you'd rather not ever see again...).
Besides, the good news is, chics are just as horny and want sex just as badly as guys. You'd be surprised at how many chics you can get to be your **** buddy only.

That is a question that only YOU can answer. Only YOU are in control of what kind of a reputation you carry. Nobody here can tell you what should be important to you. Nobody here can control your reputation or change it or make it.
Decide for yourself how you'd like to be viewed. My only word of advice, though: Don't forget that your reputation is not limited to just the chics that you wanna be with. No matter what you do, whether it's sleeping with a girl, stealing from your grandmother, helping out the homeless, or killing a dog...Your reputation WILL follow you...and does transcend into other circles of people. You never know who (or which chic you hook up with) knows people in "higher places" (so to speak) even in the direction you want to go in. Is it worth it to possibly screw yourself over just to screw some chic?
