Try blocking a good portion of the rad with cardboard or something. Sounds ghetto, I know, but -20 C is what I consider to be ghetto anyways.



People do it all the time up here. Only takes a few minutes, and you might notice a difference instantly.

yea block the flow to the radiator when its really cold out, like those jeeps with the hrome rad blockers and such, it should help

I Had a tracker that would never heat up from November to March it seemed like. So I cut out a piece of carboard that was roughly 40% of the radiators size. I put the carboard infront of the radiator to obstruct it. All I had to do was watch the temp gauge closer and Shazaam warmth!

That's a pretty bold statement considering I just don't know what sort of Mix is going on in my Daily Driver.



It's not like I am running 25psi in a turbo without knowing if I have enough fuel, and it seems like I do know if my car is getting the same gas mileage, if its running the same, and getting as hot...so I seem to know a bit...



I dunno, whatever.



I'll try the cardboard thing if it keeps up, the temps are back above 0 now.

im just saying, whether its a beater or a 100k sportscar you should always know whats going on with it.



gimme a $5 car and ill still know all the vitals.
